Really not sure if this person passes notability criteria. Have repeatedly asked for cites to be added, but all we're getting is more and more personal/self promo links added and anonymous ISPs deleting the tags without making the slightest effort to address the problem. I think I've given enough chances now. A search on Google Books only brings up stuff he has written, I'm not seeing independent third party coverage on a general Google search.
